Privacy notice

TextNeatly operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@textneatly.com.
Tool content
Text entered into the core tools is processed locally in your browser. The core transformations do not send your pasted text, captions, replacement text or generated results to TextNeatly's server.
Optional aggregate analytics
If you choose “Allow anonymous analytics”, TextNeatly may send only the tool identifier and a generic completion event to its own endpoint. The endpoint stores daily aggregate counts; it is not designed to store tool payloads, account identifiers or advertising identifiers. This optional processing is based on your consent. You can withdraw or change that choice at any time with the “Privacy settings” control in the footer.
Advertising
When Google AdSense is enabled, advertising may involve Google and its advertising partners processing information such as device/browser information, IP-derived location and advertising identifiers according to the choices made in the Google-certified consent management platform. Where consent is required, advertising consent is collected through that certified CMP before consent-dependent advertising processing.
Essential technical data
The hosting provider may process ordinary web-server data needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent and security/error information. Such processing is used for service delivery, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Hosting-log retention is controlled by the hosting environment and should be confirmed against the live hosting configuration.
Recipients and transfers
Depending on the features enabled, recipients can include the website hosting provider and Google/its advertising partners. Google may process data outside the EEA under its applicable transfer safeguards. TextNeatly does not sell tool content.
Retention
TextNeatly's optional first-party analytics database stores daily aggregate event counts rather than individual tool payloads. Browser privacy preferences remain in local storage until you change them, clear site data or your browser removes them. Hosting and advertising retention periods are governed by the applicable provider configuration and policies.
Your rights
Where GDPR or similar law applies, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction. Contact privacy@textneatly.com to exercise a privacy right relating to TextNeatly-operated processing.
Privacy choices
TextNeatly's local preference control covers only optional first-party aggregate analytics. It does not replace the Google-certified CMP used for advertising consent where required.
